Core Capabilities
These are services we can provide in-house with quick turnaround times.
Punching
30 ton capacity punch. We have industry partners that help extend our service offerings if you have needs exceeding this.
Shearing
10’ x ¼” hydraulic metal shear capable of 1/4” steel and aluminum and 7ga stainless steel. If your needs exceed this capacity, let us know and we will contract with our industry partners!
Tapping & Countersinking
We can tap and countersink all sizes, but if you require more advanced machining operations, please contact us.
Deburring & Polishing
All of our finished goods go through an array of deburring and polishing to ensure a high-quality product that is safe to handle, with a presentable finish, and free of any sharp edges.
Forming
We can form up to 10 ft. x 135 ton. If your needs exceed this capacity, let us know and we will contract with our industry partners!
Welding
Our weld capabilities include TIG, MIG, Resistance (Spot), and stud welding.
Assembly
If you need assembly with your project, please include this in the upfront project request and we will build it into your quote!
Hardware Insertion
We can insert any hardware you need into sheet metal. Just ask us!
Engineering Design Services
Our quoting team will review all designs from your engineering team and either approve or make suggested edits for your review. We are here to add value to ensure you have the best product possible.
